We received this Volvo from one of our wholesale connections. The Carfax shows an accident from almost 2 years ago. We use a paint meter that measures the width of the paint and from this device we can see that the rear driver's quarter panel had some paint work performed. We could not see any frame damage from underneath or from any other view except by the paint thickness in this area. Visually the car looks clean from all views with nothing noticeable in the rear quarter panel. The car feels very tight when driving. We realize there will be some concern about purchasing a car that has been in an accident, but from all that we can see, there's really nothing to be concerned about. Everything from our inspection process, the car checked out really well, with only having to put on new rear brake pads and rotors. There is a silver lining to buying a car with an accident on the Carfax and that is a better price. This 2008 XC70 is almost $4000 under the Kelley Blue Book retail price. This XC70 is very loaded. It has the navigation system, premium package, convenience package, climate package and child booster seats, plus it has the personal car communicator. Come in and see for yourself and take advantage of a great value on a great car.
