This car was first purchased by the original owner from Bob Shull Volkswagen Inc. the Volkswagen dealer in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The first owner took car of and enjoyed the car until 1984, when he sold the vehicle to current owner. This owner lived here in Coronado, California and has enjoyed the car since.
The car has always been garaged, which is evident by the condition of the paint and original interior and original top. We have service records dating back to March of 1980. In addition, the car comes with the original owners manual, warranty booklet , two sets of original keys, original window sticker as well as original jack and custom car cover with factory toneau cover.

This vehicle has been serviced by Lusti Motors since March of 1998. The owner has always taken very good car of its maintenance needs, again reflected by the service history, which also documents the original 49,500 miles that are on complete engine, transmission and chassis of vehicle.
Lusti Motors just completed a full engine-out service whereby we replaced alternator, performed valve adjustment, removed and repainted engine sheet metal, performed brake adjustment, clutch adjustment, performed oil change, replaced wipers, replaced EGR canister , replaced all engine vacuum hoses, and fresh air and preheat hoses, replace fuel injector seals, and adjusted ignition points and ignition timing.
In addition, we replaced gear shifter bushings. Finally, we replaced all of the tires with all-season radials.
Next we had the vehicle completely detailed, inside and out, and steem- cleaned complete undercarraige.
