Vehicle Description
1992 Ferrari 512 TR. Red w tan leather this car has less than 9000 Miles (8800). It is a California car that has current registration and is owned by its current owner since 2003. It was purchased from the original owner, it has never sustained any damage, is original paint and stored in a climate controlled environment. The car is in excellent condition both cosmetically and mechanically. Before the purchase in 2003 the car was sent to the Auto Gallery a Factory Ferrari store and given a pre purchase inspection. The car came back with high marks with the suggestion of doing the major 30k service, this was performed by them when the car had 4000 miles at a cost of $10,154.00 I have the original invoice, this was the big engine out service with changing all belts including the cam belts. AC service, throughout bearing and seals, all recalls were also performed at this time. In 2008 the car had a minor service with a new battery and the miles were 6500. This week it was picked up from The Auto Gallery and major engine out service was performed again due to time and not mileage, the car has 8800 miles on it today. This was done at a cost of $12,740 and yes I have a copy. This also includes brand new Catalytic converters at a cost of $4500.00. The car does have a Tubi style exhaust, I do not have the stock exhaust system. The interior of the car is in very nice condition, the dash has no pulling or shrinkage, the driver side bolster has some minimal wear but does not look to ever have been dyed nothing major but noted. All electrical items are in working order and the AC system blows cold. An upgraded sound system was added with Bluetooth, I pod, CD, and upgraded speakers and amplifier and remote control. The car has its books in the factory leather bound folder, Factory tools, front license plate holder and a can of spare air in the front bonnet. The insulation on the inside of the hood is flapping and has lost some its stickiness, it has that material that just crumbles when you touch it so it has just been left alone. All wheels are unmarked and the car sits on newer Michelin tires. The car runs outstanding and I see it needing nothing, tires, brakes, clutch are all in excellent shape and you could not get a fresher serviced vehicle.
