 I'm a little late posting this but I need to express my gratitude!!! HANDS DOWN, or two thumbs up.. not sure which is better. ... :) after the awful experiences Ive had in the last 6 months with buying and owning vehicles, and I mean awful, these guys...sorry, gentlemen, were not only able to restore my confidence in humanity, they were with me every step of the battle in trying to replace my stolen car; when my insurance company dropped the ball. Not only did Andrew ( and a few others! ) manage to extend my coverage on my rental, he managed to get me a better car, with lower mileage, payments, and cost than the one that I had stolen from me! Which by the way was also almost brand new. I didnt think it was possible. He also helped me switch from my awful insurance company, with better coverage at a lower rate every month. He put over $90 a month in my pocket, and he really did have to work to get me into a car for my needs in my budget. I actually felt bad that he had to work so hard! He ended up driving my new car all the way from Calgary so I could have the colour I preferred. Annnd then I even got a ride to the registry office from these guys. I cried on my way home in my new car I was so blown away by the service. From the start, and every day I was there in this process.. so like over a WEEK, these guys made me feel like they knew me forever and the service was truly, very genuine and just wonderful. This all may sound too good to be true but really! It happened, and I have and will be recommending these guys to EVERYONE I meet who needs a vehicle, no matter what their circumstances are. These guys will help, and they will go the distance. So THANK YOU, 1st Canadian Auto. Truly Canadian! P.s.. guys when I said I drive alot I meant it! Already put over 11,000 km on my little Sonic!
