As we cover all the selling costs for your Car, we kindly request a minimum of 30 days to successfully find a buyer. Although this situation is not common, if your Car remains unsold after 30 days, you have several options:

• We guarantee a cash price for your Car from one of our cash buyers at the end of the 30-day period.
• You can choose to keep selling your Car through iAutoAgent until it gets sold.
• Alternatively, you have the option to continue trying to sell your Car independently, and you won't owe us anything.

Answer: The title is kept in the owner’s possession at all times until the vehicle is sold.

Answer: We accept cash, money wire-transfer, or cashier’s check. All payments will be verified by a licensed credit institution prior to accepting any funds for your vehicle.

Answer: Although it is not typical, if your vehicle does not sell in 45 days or less, you have several choices:

#1 We will have a guaranteed cash price for you at the end of 45 days from one of our many cash buyers.

#2 You may continue to keep selling your vehicle with iAutoAgent until it sells.

#3 You may continue to try to sell on your own and owe us nothing.

Answer: Yes. In order for someone to take a test drive, they must provide a copy of full-coverage insurance, a valid driver’s license, and sign an Assumption of Liability form agreeing to take full responsibility for any damage they may cause when test driving your vehicle.

Rest assured that once we sell your Car, you'll receive the agreed-upon amount without any hassle.

Answer: Yes. iAutoAgent takes Care of paying off your loan and will handle the entire transaction.

Answer: Before iAutoAgent finalizes the transaction with the new owner, we do need the seller to provide proof of funds. If the amount owed on the car is higher than its value, you will be responsible for settling the remaining balance at the conclusion of the transaction.

Answer: On a vehicle that does not have a lien, the owner will receive proceeds via electronic check within 1 business days after all funds have cleared iAutoAgent’s account. On a vehicle that has a lien, iAutoAgent will furnish you a check after the transaction is completed, all loans are paid, and lien releases are provided to the buyer.
