Jamie Sims, Client Success Coordinator

My name is Jamie Sims and I am the Client Success Coordinator for the iAutoAgent® team! I help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes by scheduling inspections, details, photos and videos as well as taking care of that sticky title paperwork.

With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, I came to iAutoagent® to be part of a successful team where I can share and utilize my skills helping pave a path to greater success and fulfillment.

Having a variety of other experiences, I am a fire performer as well and enjoy painting and drawing because I have an eye for details.

Jason Cale, Sales Agent/Car Concierge

My name is Jason Cale and I serve on the iAutoAgent® Team as a Car Concierge. This role includes the showing of vehicles to interested buyers and delivering cars when a sale is confirmed.

I originally hailed from Macomb, Illinois. My wife and family moved to beautiful Missouri at the end of 2017. I have always had the passion to be part of a successful, dedicated team. While living in Missouri, my path led me to meet iAutoAgent®’s CEO, Jay Grosman who invited me to join the team. I decided to become a member of the team because I knew my passion for success and dedication would be echoed by each of my teammates. “Being able to apply this team approach for our clients and the service we provide them is a win, win!”

I joined the iAutoAgent® Team because I had such an amazing experience as a client of iAutoAgent®! I bought a 2013 Dodge Charger R/T from them and had the most amazing experience. It was unlike anything I had ever experienced buying a car. I knew at that point I wanted to be a part of this amazing company. I started with them shortly after.

I have a background in television, finance, and management. My hobbies and interests include cooking, art, camping, fishing, and spending as much time as possible enjoying life with my family.

My eclectic skill-set adds value to iAutoAgent® and to each customer considering experiencing the amazing service provided by the iAutoAgent® team.

Susie Duggan, Car Concierge

My name is Susie and I am responsible for assisting the sales team in getting vehicles to & from inspections, detailing & maintenance appointments and from sales appointments. I also take photos and videos for the website when needed. I was introduced to Jay Grosman at a networking meeting and was instantly in awe of the iAutoAgent program.

Born and raised in the St. Louis area, I operated one of the first restaurant delivery services in the country to deliver food from any restaurant, for 28 years. During that time I had purchased many, many, many delivery vehicles and wish I had met Jay & iAutoAgent back then. I especially believe that iAutoAgent is the perfect answer for any man or woman seeking to purchase or sell a vehicle. Jay’s experience in automobile sales & the inner workings of the sales process makes me feel safe that any vehicle he puts his stamp of approval on is the best vehicle and the best price for me!

Ross is a Buyer's Agent that helps clients in purchasing new or used vehicles through our nationwide Buyer's Agent program.

Ross was born and still lives in Colby, KS. He started in the industry back in 2005 and owned his own dealership for a couple of years. Ross is excited to be joining a team that provides a stress free way to buy and sell a vehicle.

My name is Chris Vierrether, and as an Agent here at iAutoAgent I work with businesses of all sizes to provide a customized solution to fleet management that allows the business owner and their employees to focus their time on generating revenue instead of being mired in the swamp of managing their fleet.

I have over 20 years of experience in sales, business development, and relationship management. Integrity, teamwork, and clear communication are the cornerstones of my approach to business and how I try to live my life. Those are the core values that we live by here at iAutoAgent and what drew me to this team!

I am a lifelong South St. Louis city resident. My wife and I have two young girls that keep us very busy. I am very active in both playing and coaching sports, including baseball, softball, volleyball, and golf. I’m currently learning what it means to become a hockey Dad as well. I love BBQ, traveling the globe, and spending as much time as possible with friends and family.

Stephan Kettering, Car Concierge

My name is Steve, I have been married to my wife for almost 28 years and have 3 grown children. I worked for AT&T for the last 22 years before retiring. I enjoy fly fishing, hunting, boating and working with solar panels.

Prior to working with AT&T, I worked as an automation technician, and have worked as a carpenter. After high school I spent a couple years in the Army as a reconnaissance specialist.

I enjoy the freedom to make my own hours at iAutoagent as well as working with customers and showing the cars. I met Jay through my wife and we were introduced to iAutoagent when we used their agent to buy our Jeep.

Hi, I am Steve, Head Concierge. I have been with the company for 13 months. My professional background has been in the automotive field for over 30 years. Mostly in service management and sales of service equipment. By having these experiences, I can help the company and clients navigate the “nuts and bolts” end of the selling and buying of their vehicles.

I enjoy showing and talking with people that are in the market to buy or sell their vehicles.

Allison Knaup, Business Development Agent

My name is Allison Knaup and I am the Business Development contact for the fleet division of iAutoAgent®! I am the face in the community, ready to meet small business owners who want to discover how iAutoAgent can manage their fleet needs; buying or selling, or through our Done For You program.

I came to iAutoagent® because I believe so strongly in this model and what it can do for the everyday consumer and business owner. For over a decade I was thrilled to buy and sell cars in the private sellers space, never wanting to engage in that process with dealers/dealerships. Here, I get to incorporate my strengths of meeting others, being social, and building relationships.

My wide scope of interests often lead me to nature. I can be found hiking, kayaking, sitting with a coffee or smoothie watching a river go by. Even better if I have a good book in my hand. Always up for a great adventure; often called road-trips, sometimes a train to Chicago, an escape to the Northwoods of Wisconsin, exploring a city abroad, a chance trip to live my vision of working with children in Africa.
